Marginal Way is getting very very crowded during peak times in nice weather. It is a beautiful walk but you will constantly be dodging other visitors on the sidewalk if you go during the middle of the day.

Enjoy this beautiful walk along the shore any time of year.

Enjoy this beautiful walk along the shore any time of year. You are along the shore but up high so there is no chance of getting wet. It is well traveled and generally flat. There are benches along the way to stop and admire the views. The walk can be divided into segments if you don't want to do the whole way - it runs from Ogunquit Beach to Perkins Cove.

Incredible breathtaking views from every angle.

Incredible breathtaking views from every angle. Wear comfortable clothing and shoes. Bring a bottle of water, sunglasses. Use the restroom before walking because access on an off the Marginal Way is limited to certain locations.

Wonderful seaside walk along the rocky coast with plenty of benches for relaxation or for taking a moment to admire the scenery. It includes a few very small beaches (fewer at high tides), some placards explaining facts of interest, and at one end there is a panoramic view of Ogunquit Beach, and at the other end is Perkins Cove. It even has a miniature light house near the halfway point. On one side is the rock-buffeted ocean, the other lined with beautiful houses and native vegetation. The path is a very good length, neither too short nor too long. It connects the cove all the way to just off Main Street. Just two minor notes of caution: At a few very short spots it gets slightly hilly which can be a little tough with strollers or wheelchairs, but nothing overbearing by any measure. Also, be careful with little ones as there are a few drop offs along the way. All in all, it is the crown jewel of Ogunquit.

We enjoyed the property and room. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean, updated and comfortable. Location was ‘on the water’ with an entrance to Marginal Way walking path. Continental breakfast was fine. We would stay here again.

Located right across the street from the entrance to Marginal Way Walkway. Updated suite. Rooms were spacious and clean. King sized bed was very comfortable. Private balcony which faced Shore Road and partial ocean view. My wife and I will stay in that suite again.

Great location. We were within walking distance of the Ogunquit Playhouse, multiple restaurants and Marginal Way Walk. The pool and the Roman Spa were lovely. There is a large full sized gym in the basement of the hotel.

Never had the breakfast. It is just juice, coffee, tea and bread products. The location is great. It is just steps away from the town; which allowed us to walk to shops and restaurants. It is right by Marginal way walk and easy to walk to the beach.

Everything else besides the pillows and mattress was great. Cozy setup, spacious bathroom. Good water pressure and open feeling. The makeup removing towelettes were a nice touch. Loved the look of the property, private pool and hot tub with yard games. Personal, home away from home feeling. Perfect location, walking distance to marginal way walking path, local eateries and village town store. Lovely walk down to Perkins cove as well.

We were only a few minutes walk from everything - The village downtown area, the beginning of the Marginal Way walk, the beaches. The room was spacious and immaculate. Each unit has their own patio or deck for sitting outside and relaxing. Jesse the owner was fantastic with recommendations for restaurants and things to do.
