The staff were lovely and friendly. We got fresh water and loo roll every day. The individual bungalows are well decorated and the garden courtyard garden is very pretty. They are the saving grace of this hotel and make it all worth it. The hotel is very close to Pai walking street and Pai in general, so it is well situated. Infinity pool is very convenient / nice / comfortable / brilliant. Place was generally clean. Shuttle service was very convenient before getting our moto and were available at all times of day/night which is wonderful.
