A must see if Swedish culture and folk craft interests you.

A must see if Swedish culture and folk craft interests you. Entirely outdoors, requires walking. There are also wild Nordic animals to be seen within the park (in enclosures). In-season and on weekends there are demonstrations of crafts. Check out the website or call for what is going on at the time of your visit - worth knowing.

Set aside a lot of time to enjoy the wonderful buildings, zoo and other sights. We went at the weekend so we could see volunteers act out roles or demonstrate ancient arts, engraving, glass blowing, baking, etc. If want to economise, take a packed lunch.
