It was walking distance from several places that were nice to walk around. My room had a really nice citrus smell that didn't seem synthetic. This was much less expensive than other nearby hotels (the Sheraton, etc.) The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is central to Insadong and very close to the METRO. The time to get to trains at Seoul Station was 15 minutes, including the walk to the closest METRO stop....about 500m. I'll add that the bed was very comfortable and I had no backache when getting up. Great value.
