Staff were professional and made checking in swift, they would probably be very helpful to foreigners checking in. But, I spoke in Japanese the whole trip, so I could only speculate. Thanks to its convenient location, I was able to stage an early morning Enoshima visit because the transit access was just across the street.LouieUnited States of America

The location is great, just a few minutes' walk from Fujisawa Station. There are also plenty of nearby car parks (around 1200 yen/day). Staff were friendly and polite. The staff is always super friendly. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, especially the beds. The closet is a little small, but no problem for business travelers. You an hang up a couple of suits and dress shirts. But there is also a rack mounted on the wall for hanging items. And there's enough space to have an open suitcase laid out in the room.
