Bring food and sufficient water, rain gear and good trekking shoes. We were stranded on the peak of Manita Pec as the rain was super heavy. We had to make our way down as the rain did not let up. It was a pretty horrible experience as we were not prepared, and I was horribly unfit for the terrain. Check the weather forecast before you go, the rocks (near the entrance area) is slippery on a rainy day. Other than that it was an unforgettable experience.Yi WenSingapore - 10Scored 10

Greeted by a very kind enthusiastic host with a shot of local liquor, you enter in the perfect setting to visit the Paklenica National Park. After going on a very long and weary hike, you can basically walk into your comfortable bed. The terras and its mountaineous surrounding just ads an extra plus. You can tell the owners put a lot of thought and passion to the accomodation. And if you ever encounter a tiny problem with a fish bone, then Marin will make sure you get the best available emergency care.

Kitchen is well equiped, lots of plates, pots and pans (more than you will ever use, but there is variety) and utensils. Two electric stoves, microwave, mini toaster and a kettle. The fridge is fairly big with a freezer drawer. Bed is big and comfortable, the balcony is really big but right in the sun. The bathroom is private and quite big. The shower pressure is PHENOMENAL. Lots of outdoor space with the large covered patio, lots of space to soak the sun around the private dock and the sea water is very clean and clear.
