We liked the decoration, the place was cozy and warm, the kitchen was well equipped and spacious enough. We liked the separate bathrooms for parents and kids. Even though the apartment is located on the outskirts of Crans, it was better this way because we could easily park at the property, which is not the case in the crowded town.

No wifi, but that was known. We met owners, very nice people, but the key was in the locked box, so you don't have to bother them with the late arrival. Hot water, bath tube, all was very clean. The food was all freshly prepared and really tasty both at breakfast and the evening meals. The views from the balconied rooms were just stunning. Very sunny aspect too. Good to see the hosteling experience working so well for so many people of all ages and nationalities. Free bus service every twenty minutes to the main gondola stations from the main road below the hostel. Ski lockers and secure luggage lockers also readily accessible.

Apartment must have been renovated recently and we were surprised at the quality (ie heated mirrors in the bathroom, a lot of storage place, great kitchen, etc.). There is free and super convenient parking. Town centre is a 5-10 min walk away (1-2 min by car). Host always available (and helpful) for any queries.
