Everything was excellent with attention to detail from a personalized greeting card and a bottle of Apple cider. Special makeup towel, free laundry, and a nice coffee bar in the room. The mattress was literally the best I have ever slept in, with comfy sheets and a great view of the elk refuge. The staff was friendly and helpful (I had issues with third-party bookings) The room was cozy with a wooden ceiling and nice blinds instead of black out curtains. I will go there every time I visit Jackson.

We booked 3 rooms for 1 night for 5 of us enroute from Yellowstone to Breckenridge, and were all impressed. Ample parking and good selection of restaurants for dinner nearby. Would definitely stay again if passing.
