This inn is in an old building that has been renovated but left with it's immense charm! The room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, the temperature control was easy to use and managed temperature well. The bathroom was spacious and contained a large shower. The room was bright when you wanted the light, with windows facing two different directions, and dark when you wanted to close things up. We loved the "old world" feel and charm of the common area as well as the room itself. We never actually did a face to face with the staff but check-in and check-out was super easy with excellent instructions for access. Paula provided excellent communications and responded immediately by text whenever we checked with her.

The breakfast was pretty standard for a hotel in this price range, but I like that they switched up the hot option the two days that we stayed! The drive to Snowshoe, which was the main reason for our stay; was not bad at all! It was about 35 minutes to get to the parking lot at the top of the mountain. The amenities at MQI are awesome, although there is no Wi-Fi or cell service, my fiancé and I enjoyed the time to unplug and destress, which is exactly what we needed at the time. They have a library room full of books and DVDs (DVD players are in the rooms), along with tours of the properties and animals that are very friendly. Zee Zee the cat is our favorite! The staff is also very friendly and welcoming. If you’re an astronomy fan the green bank telescope is a short drive north.

Have stayed here before and have never been disappointed, facility is clean & comfortable,, breakfast is hot & fresh...perfect

Igas toas on konditsioneer, kaabeltelevisioon ja külmkapp. I like the fact that it is a small country inn. It is homey and warm. It is in a great traditional American village. Has a talented chef.

Quality Inn New River asub mõne minuti kaugusel New River Gorge'i sillast ning pakub vabas õhus vaba aja veetmise võimalusi, nagu golf, jahindus, kalapüük, kaljuronimine ja valge vesi. Good localization, clean and comfortable room for a low price. Breakfast was very tasty. Very friendly and helpful staff. It was all much better than I expected for the price I paid.
