We were even upgraded to a room with private bathroom. Kitchen had all we needed. Nora is very friendly and helpful. Good location, close to cigar factory and buses to other places. Would stay here again.

The staff was nice except for one person. The location was good, near to the center of town. The room was big and the beds were comfortable. They let me use a folding table and chair so that I could work, which was nice. Ana at the front desk was a sweetheart. The young man who worked at the resto-bar at the pool was very nice. The food at the hotel's restaurant was excellent thanks to a great cook.
