They prepared the most amazing food for us. During our stay they arranged multiple tours for us to all the places we wanted to see for fair prices. They made us feel like home. The family is the kindest ever. They took care of me from the beginning. From bringing tea to extra blankets to helping you out with the local busses. If you want to have a Sri Lankan experience, I highly recommend going to Green Villa. Both breakfast and dinner are good. Also, it's on walking distance from Pedro tea plantation and the waterfall.

The modest abode provides great viewof the beauty of the mountain ranges. The breakfast was excellent, thanks to the owner/cook. She always was courteous with a wiling smile and all preparations were locally sourced and prepared to my liking. The dinner was also modestly priced and prepared well.

Many beautiful hikes to do nearby, a very cosy stay the owner was happy to supply extra blankets and heater, there is a beautiful view of the town where you can see both waterfalls from your bedroom window, would definitely stay again. Watching the sunrise while sipping on some local tea on my balcony was my favourite part.

Located 2 km away from Gregory Lake; 5 minutes walk from the city, Mount Mary Inn features a terrace and views of the mountain. Free private parking is available on site. The location is very easy to walk almost everywhere you’ll need to go. The owner who I communicated with over the Booking.com app was also really helpful and accommodating when I requested a late check out.
