It has a beutiful sunset. Its in the jungel we loved it! We also had dinner in the resturant. It was very good

The staff was very hospitable. They helped set up tours to the ruins and they pointed out how we could explore the area (nearby ruins, vista). The vibe was laid back. Breakfast and dinner options were good.

Wonderful hotel. The villas on the water are suberb, the hot tub is a huge plus. Service is good, we enjoyed room service. Breakfast was good, but not impressive. The dinner was okay- not perfect.

Welcoming staff, beautiful location right by the lake with several jetties to lounge or swim from. The lake was a perfect temperature, not cold but not soupy. Large comfortable room with a/c. Really nice and varied breakfasts and dinners each day. Nice to be able to help yourself to water, coffee and herbal teas any time

This hotel is beautiful and peaceful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The staff were very polite and helpful. Many thanks to Alex, who served our dinner which was absolutely delicious. He also helped us order breakfast in our room so we could be ready on time for our private Tikal tour in the morning. The hotel is about a 20 minutes drive to Flore. And a taxi can be arranged by the front desk to take you there and also pick you up. The price is $20 one-way and it cost $15 additional if it is after 9pm.

Lots of amazing places to sit by the lake. Beautiful grounds. Lovely pets! Good food for breakfast. The dinner is a set menu which is a bit hit or miss depending on how fussy you or your family is!

The location is incredibly relaxing and calm. Additionally, there are some restaurants and a small town nearby, complete with a store if needed. The hotel is well-maintained and the staff are friendly. The breakfast and dinner are delicious and served in good portions.

Warm welcome and very friendly staff that picked us up to get to the other side of the lake. The room was very clean and both breakfast and dinner were tasty!

Like a great Adirondack camp from the late 19th/early 20th century, the kind the Rockefellers and Whitneys built. But transported to Guatemala. The lakefront is fabulous, the common areas are impressive. We were on “half-board”. Both breakfasts and dinners were excellent; stayed 5 nights, never had the same meal twice. Staff was cheerful, courteous, helpful. Lola was the prefect hostess.
