The bedrooms were so clean, spacious, cosy, and modern. The beds were so unbelievably comfortable! The staff were so welcoming, and couldn't do enough to make you comfortable. The food was exceptional! Would highly recommend it to anyone, we'll definitely be going back!

Beautiful and comfortable rooms, very cosy place to spend a rainy evening. Really excellent food at the restaurant and the breakfast was amazing! We stopped for one night to break up the drive from Scotland and I wish we could have stayed longer, will definitely be back.

We have enjoyed the area; discovered the nature reserves along the coast line, the mosses and the hills and lakes of the closeby Lake District. The variation of landscapes in one area is unique. Every day we started with a tradional English breakfast and finished most days with a beer in the pub. There is an enclosed car-park as you need a car around here. There is wide range of restaurants in the city center. Lynn and Jim are enjoying running their Inn.

The guidebook in the room was very helpful and provided information about things to do in the Lake District area, by foot or car. I took a 45 minute walk around the nearby farm and enjoyed quiet, scenic views. The unit we stayed in consisted of a large living room, full kitchen, bedroom, and bath with shower and tub. We had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant, both meals were scrumptious. There was a great vibe at dinner and it was clear that this is not just a spot for guests, but also popular with the locals. Parking was available just across the street. We would definitely stay here again.

Three Shires Inn är ett familjeägt världshus som ligger i Little Langdale, i hjärtat av nationalparken Lake District. Perfect location. Small but lovely room with everything we needed, comfy bed, nice bathroom etc. Excellent breakfast and evening meals. Friendly service. We will come again.

Detta hotell ligger i byn Bowness-on-Windermeres centrum, bara 2 minuters promenad från World of Beatrix Potter Attraction. Wi-Fi är gratis i de allmänna utrymmena. The room is a bit cramped but the facilities were perfect and we had a great two days there. It was very close to the boat pier and easy to eat.
