The Birdham at Bembridge is located in Bembridge on the Isle of Wight, a short ferry journey from mainland UK, 33 km from Southampton and 12 km from Portsmouth. Guests can enjoy the on-site gastropub.... I felt pampered. The location looks great, the room is surprising, very English and stylish. Nor in a 5 * hotel I ever seen all ammenities I found at The Birdham - a good assorment of coffee and cookies, still and mineral water; a sleep well kit with eyes mask and ear drops and many other useful but unexpected small things. A very welcoming and helpful staff. And the breakfast! A delight!

El Waverley Inn, situado a unos 10-15 minutos a pie de Newport, es un pub de la época victoriana construido en 1886 y ofrece wifi gratis y un restaurante. Hay estacionamiento privado gratuito. Wonderful interaction with the staff who were very helpful. Excellent breakfast. Live music. Nice cozy Pub. Great juke box music as well.

The hotel is well situated overlooking the Solent and its spectacular sunsets. The garden terrace area overlooking the Solent has been expanded since I was last there and is now almost tripled in size. The food menu has also been expanded and is good value for money.

El Chad Hill Hotel ocupa una casa victoriana tradicional situada a 5 minutos a pie del centro de Sandown y de la estación de tren. La playa y el muelle de Sandown están a solo 650 metros del hotel. Wow, what a welcoming atmosphere! There is a bar and restaurant in the hotel were you can relax. The venue is also full of trees, for me that is a real positive point.

The Anchor Inn, situado en Cowes, a 15 km de la casa Osborne, ofrece varios servicios, como restaurante, bar, jardín y conexión wifi gratis. Todas las habitaciones de la posada están equipadas con TV.... I loved this place. It has character. The staff are fantastic. Everyone was so helpful. I adored this place and would love to stay again. it is really a wonderful pub as well as great accommodation. I really enjoyed my stay here
