Wonderful 4 poster bed in very comfy room, great menu and food, very attentive staff and owner chef who went out of his way to make our stay comfortable. Very dog friendly. Good selection of ales and well thought out wine list. Well placed for Abergavenny and beautiful local walks along the river Usk.

Super friendly owner. Great accommodation. Although they don't serve food on a Sunday evening, they saved us 3 roast dinners so we could eat when we got there. Would definitely recommend this as somewhere to stay.

Il Lamb & Flag Inn sorge ai piedi dell'imponente Pan di Zucchero, vicino alla vivace località di Abergavenny, alle porte del Brecon Beacons National Park. We stayed one night during our Lon las Cymru cycling tour. We were provided with outstanding service by friendly staff. Our room was cosy, and bed was very comfortable. This is a really lovely place to stay.

In the Monmouthshire countryside, The Newbridge on Usk has an a la carte restaurant and stunning river views. This characterful country inn offers luxurious rooms with free Wi-Fi and on-site parking. Had to be in Newport for a stressful reason and the stay here made it so much easier. Beautiful and peaceful location. Staff were so friendly.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was warm, clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was freshly cooked and good. It's a very old building and quirky. It's position on the main street meant it was convenient for walking the Usk valley path which is why I chose it. Great for an overnight stop and value for money.
