The Kings Arms Hotel is steeped in history and looking over Hampton Court Palace to one side and the Bushy Park on the other. Staff at check in and restaurant The Six, for dinner, were very friendly, courteous and went above and beyond for service

We have chosen this place to be close to our sister who ist living in East Sheen. It is a friendly area with a lot of cafés and shops. Richmond Park and also Richmond at the riverside are not far away. The room was comfortable with two big beds and a modern bathroom. It was very quiet at night. The owners who also run the pub were very friendly and helpful. We will come back again!

Our smaller room was just big enough but so beautifully fitted out and so well thought out that we were totally impressed and happy there. Loved the brilliant shower and fog free mirror! The staff in the pub are all super friendly and the food was very very good. We were really glad we couldn't fit into the family home so we got a chance to experience this all round lovely venue.

This was a beautiful, lively old British Pub. The service from the friendly staff was exceptional, especially the lovely Katrina.
