You can play darts at the inn. I've stayed 3 times at The Alma. The rooms are great and comfortable, the food is outstanding, including breakfast and in the pub restaurant, and the beer is perfect too.

It was a very welcome break when we had to stay an extra night at the airport. Great pub downstairs for socialising in the evening. Would definitely stay again!

We booked the Cricketers last minute and, although it was late at night and rainy, we managed to find the pub where we were quickly shown to our two rooms. They were both warm and welcoming, with every amenity you could want. My grown daughter was thrilled with her room which was designed with a bit of pink. Ours was a bit more woodland themed and very serene. The bathrooms were top notch and mine was perfectly handicapped accessible. I have limited mobility so I could take a shower without risks. The breakfast was amazing with food cooked to order and many other delicious options. The entire complex is perfect and I wish we could have stayed longer. Nearby market town was SO fascinating for shopping and food!
