El The Manor House Inn se encuentra en Shotley Bridge y ofrece restaurante, bar, jardín y wifi gratis. La posada ofrece habitaciones familiares. Staff were amazing. We had a great afternoon and evening at the inn. The Sunday roast was the best we have had in the UK. The room was spacious, spotless and tastefully decorated. We stopped on the way from Edinburgh for an overnight stop. Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer.

El The Saxon Inn se encuentra en Bishop Auckland, a 5 km del castillo de Auckland, y ofrece alojamiento con restaurante, estacionamiento privado gratuito, bar y salón compartido. Everything! So clean and nice and the staff was very accommodating!

El The Devonport se encuentra en Darlington, a 8 km del estadio Darlington Arena, y ofrece registro de entrada y salida exprés, habitaciones para no fumadores, restaurante, wifi gratis y bar. The Hotel was a little hard to find as there were a lot of roadworks close to Darlington on A66 and the sat-nav kept bringing me back to a road that had been closed off. We eventually took an alternate route to end up at the Hotel. This had nothing to do with the hotel but anyone else travelling to this destination should be aware. Check-in was very quick and we were shown to our very spacious room with nice views from the window. The room was very clean and comfortable and we had a very peaceful sleep. We ate dinner at the hotel and the food was delicious. Breakfast was wonderful and Julie made sure everything was to our liking and made us aware of the many local areas to visit. Not having enough time on this trip we will definitely visit the area again using the Davenport as our base. Thanks Julie and all the staff.

El The Ship inn ofrece alojamiento en Castle Eden. La posada sirve un desayuno inglés/irlandés completo. El desayuno es tipo casero preparado en el momento abundante y delicioso. Las instalaciones perfectas.

El The City Hotel ofrece alojamiento con wifi gratis y bar en Durham, a 500 metros del Palacio Verde y a 600 metros de la catedral de Durham. Ofrece habitaciones familiares y solárium. Great accommodation above a bar! The room was quite lovely, with a nice view out of the window and nice decorations inside the room. The welcoming sweets in the room were a nice touch. All amenities in the room was good. I could not ask for a better location. Felt very safe in the area. It is right in the area with restaurants, cafes, and shops. Walking distance from the train station as well. I would certainly stay here again on my next visit.

El The Kings Lodge Inn ofrece un bar acogedor, un restaurante y fácil acceso al centro de Durham. Además, proporciona estacionamiento gratuito. Great location. Very friendly staff. Nice breakfast. Close to the city. Comfortable room. Definitely return here.

El The Redwell Inn se encuentra en el castillo de Barnard y ofrece restaurante, bar y wifi gratis. Algunas habitaciones tienen terraza con vistas al jardín. Buena ubicación, no doy más puntaje al desayuno porque el café instantáneo no es muy bueno, no ofrecen fruta y podrían ofrecer opciones más saludables por el mismo precio.

El Victoria inn está situado en Durham, a 300 metros de la catedral de Durham y a 400 metros de Palace Green, y ofrece alojamiento con bar, conexión wifi gratis en todo el alojamiento y... La ubicación es muy buena para recorrer la ciudad andando, pero está en una zona tranquila. Un plus lo del aparcamiento gratuito junto al hotel. Cama muy cómoda. Admiten mascotas.

El The Cricketers Arms, situado en el castillo de Barnard, dispone de restaurante, bar, jardín y conexión wifi gratis. Las habitaciones de la posada están equipadas con hervidor de agua. Reservamos dos habitaciones dobles con baño privado cada uno. Se accede a través de un pub que está en el piso de abajo. La atención en el check in fue excelente y súper rápida. Las habitaciones, que deben estar recientemente renovadas, son amplias, muy bien decoradas, limpias y con buenas calidades. Las ventanas aíslan perfectamente y además hay una puerta que separa las escaleras a las habitaciones del pub de forma que no se escucha absolutamente ningún ruido. Volvería a repetir, la relación calidad precio es inmejorable.
