All the girls were lovely and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Very high quality furniture and linens, handed down from generations, I was told. We had a nice garage to store our bicycles, and were snug as bugs in our 2nd floor room. Breakfast was wholesome and delicious. Did I mention the furnishings? We were humbled by three generations of beautiful, strong women. I wanted to stay and hear more of their stories and the history of the place.

Fabulous property, staff and the rooms were terrific. Modern and charming rooms with a spacious shower and great mattress. The breakfast showcases their delicious sausages and local products - an amazing abundance to choose from. We can highly recommend staying at Kretschmannshof!

Offering a sun terrace and views of the garden, Familiengasthof Schaller is set in the village of Floß in the Bavaria Region, directly at the bike path Bockl. Such a quiet location. Also everything is brand new and perfectly clean, a delight to stay there for a couple of nights. Friendly staff, easy going and forthcoming, I could highly recommend this facility to anyone having to spend some time in the Weiden area. Looking for a good rest with guaranteed quiet nights? This is where you should go 😁

This guesthouse is situated within the historic walls of Kloster Weltenburg, the oldest monastery in Bavaria. It lies in the Weltenburger Enge conservation area, near the romantic River Danube. Incredibly beautiful location with lots to offer. Spiritual guidance, delicious food and beer and the ability to take a dip in the Danube on a hot day.
