Also loved the little touches - like the nespresso machine in the room had nespresso brand pods. I chose the breakfast drop off and it was so lovely waking up and having a nice light euro breakfast on my door! also train station to get to Bern is 500m away so very nice place to stay if you do not have car or bike. loved the HUGE closet and shower! also the hair dryer was very nice. all the small details were so wonderful. even had a tan for the warm July weather!

Set in Gadmen, within 35 km of Giessbachfälle and 31 km of Freilichtmuseum Ballenberg, Tälli Hütte offers accommodation with a terrace and as well as free private parking for guests who drive. the hut is in a beautiful location, the staff was so friendly and helpful and the provided dinner and breakfast were delicious! Very well located to explore the area!

The Hotel Steinbock is located at the edge of Lauterbrunnen opposite the train and cable car station for Grütschalp, Mürren and the Schilthorn. The view from our room and that i had an option for a private bathroom. The breakfast was also nice.

The Alpenblick hotel is situated about 600 metres from the centre of Grindelwald, right at the ski slope and a bus stop, and offers nice rooms and tasty food. The hotel is nice, traditional for the area. It is located close to the center but far enough to stay away from the noise. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They gave us a lot of great advice on what to do in the area. The breakfast was simple but enough. The view is absolutely amazing.

Directly on the shore of Lake Brienz, Boutique Hotel Bellevue Iseltwald offers a sun terrace. What to say about this hotel? It was the "icing of cake" of our trip around Switzerland. A great place called Iseltwald keeps a beautiful and small village, a breathtaking landscape, a superb lake, and a Hotel called BELLEVUE Boutique B&B. A warm and typical swiss chalet, very comfortable even in the summer. Our family room was superb with a beautiful side view of the lake and Iseltwald's peninsula. The Gasthof Schönegg in Goldswil is a typical Swiss Chalet Hotel with rustic-style rooms and a large terrace with panoramic views. Free WiFi is available in all rooms. Good location, good value, friendly staff

Set in Lenk, Berghaus Iffigenalp has a garden and terrace. Guests can enjoy mountain views. The property was nice and rustic. Berghaus Iffigenalp really made you feel like you were staying in a mountain lodge. Driving to the property have your camera ready because the scenery is amazing. The breakfast cost a little extra but was well worth the price.

Situated in Radelfingen, 20 km from Bern railway station, Gasthof Schwanen Radelfingen features accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a terrace and a restaurant. Small and friendly! Breakfast was the best! Amicable staff and a varied offering with good coffee made for an enjoyable send off! If you have need of a quiet night away from the city or are simply exploring the area like I was, do consider the Schwanen.
