Excellent customer service. I often went to the concierge for advice with regards of trips, local restaurants and they were so very helpful. This hotel is on prime location in the island. They are very clean and had COVID protocols for meals. The pool and the bar is awesome. I cant say enough about the staff. If you have celular data on your phone, you can text the pool bar FROM THE BEACH and they bring you whatever food/drinks you ordered. 10/10.
