Located in Weitenegg on the Danube River, Wirtshaus Gruber offers direct access to the Danube Bicycle Trail and the Way of Saint James. I stayed there with my 80 years old Dad and just can't be grateful enough for all the hospitality, helpfulness and kindness with which they have treated us. We spent an amazing 4 days there. The breakfast was great, big selection of everything. There's also a restaurant where you can have lunch or dinner, very very tasty. If we come back this place will be definitely our choice again. Thanks again!

A traditional Viennese-style café in a 16th-century building in the pedestrian zone in the centre of Melk, Madar Café Restaurant zum Fürsten is only 500 metres from Melk Abbey. Great central location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was exceptional.

Set in Leiben, within 10 km of Melk Abbey and 8 km of Erzherzog Franz Ferdinand Museum, Gasthaus Donaublick offers accommodation with a restaurant and free WiFi throughout the property as well as free... I love to come back here any time I'm driving from Germany to Romania, it's an amazing view from my room due to the Danube. I enjoy the variety of breakfast and the kindness of the owners, very beautiful people.
