The gas stove is a winner during loadshedding. The village of Howick really has alot to offer, the Howick Falls, Karkloof Market on the weekend and lovely coffee shops (Bluebird is excellent) and some lovely shops as well. Very close to Midmar dam, Piggly Wiggly as well as Nottingham road.
