Located in Washington, D.C, "HighRoad Washington DC" is located in a historic victorian mansion. The hotel is 1.2 km from Dupont Circle and 2.5 km from Dupont Circle and 2.5 km from Washington DC. Free WiFi is available for all guests.

The amenities were great-the kitchen was well equipped for us to cook our meals. The beds were very comfortable and our room was quirky but well appointed (the fairy lights were beautiful!) The staff were very helpful and I loved the fact the desk was always manned. There was complimentary tea/coffee/ herbal tea always available and plenty of fridges to store our supermarket supplies. There was a wall full of brochures and helpful advice on which buses-public transport to catch. the hallways on each floor had plenty of irons, ironing boards, fresh towels, extra loo rolls etc. Very well thought out. Adams Morgan is a fantastic neighbourhood with lots to see and experience. Thanks High Road for a fabulous stay!

Located in the upscale Northwestern section of Washington, DC, this walk up inn is a 10-minute walk from the DuPont Circle Metro.

Free Wi-Fi access and a private bathroom are available in every elegantly decorated room at American Guest House inn. The rooms, accessible by stairs only, are stocked with books.

I strongly recommend staying at the American Guest House, an authentic townhouse with an impressive staircase and quaint yet very comfortable bedrooms. Not too far from Dupont Circle, the guest house makes for a perfect romantic stay for visitors of the capital.

Excellent staff in the hotel, bar and restaurant. The location is very convenient and makes it possible to walk everywhere. The bar is great for a late afternoon drink and bite. Busy in a nice way. We also had some excellent dinners in the restaurant.

The reception staff were friendly and very helpful, helping to reserve a restaurant for dinner, the location was perfect to explore the city on foot. The room was large and very well equipped, we are regular Marriott visitors and have experienced many of their Hotels, this was one of the nicest.

Location was excellent for exploring Washington DC and the Wharf. A very busy hotel with breakfast staff having difficulty to cope. More like a travel lodge/premier inn than a quality hotel. However, room was fine re size and furnishings etc. bit let down by housekeeping not cleaning room until 1700hrs and not very thoroughly.

The hotel is located in a quiet area and it has a luxurious feel to it. Breakfast was not included but that's the case in most hotels in DC. You can eat in the hotel though at moderate to high prices. Choice is limited to the "a la carte" menu. We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel because it was convenient for the first days.

The location and staff were great, the host gave excellent dinner recommendations. The breakfast was average, but having coffee in the outdoor garden was lovely
