All in all, exceptional. Staff super friendly, we were able to drop off luggage way before. Also, bikes and Beach utensils are offered free of charge. The room was very big, super clean & just perfect.

New and well-designed rooms, equipped with everything needed, including espresso machine with capsules (which is not so common in the US hotels). Great location, near the promenade, the beach and all the restaurants. Staff was very kind and helpful. Additional hot and soft drinks were complementary and available 24/7. Large rooms and bath. Comfortable beds. Free accessible parking.

The hotel environment is great, surrounded by various plants, and the rooms are very independent. I like this kind of hotel, and the staff are very friendly.

Really close to the West beach, the room was clean and the breakfast in the morning and wine/cheese in the afternoon was great!

Very peaceful place with the beautiful garden, complimentary wine happy hour, small fountains, fireplace on chilly mornings and the kind, helpful staff. I got a queen room and it was very comfortable for me as a solo traveler. The room has a fridge, a coffee machine, and a microwave, which were really convenient for me. The housekeeping upon request works totally fine with me. They work really well as well. The assistants at the front desk are helpful and attentive. Many thanks to them. Many of the hotels here don’t provide breakfast so I am glad that breakfast is available. Overall, I loved it. Hoping to come back.
