The breakfast was included and SO GOOD! Especially the waffles! The beds were so cozy and they had good things to watch on the TVs. The rooms were clean and smelled great and the bathroom was roomy and everything looked wheelchair accessible (I didn't bring mine on this trip but next time I visit I'll bring it and stay here again!) they moved me to a first floor room because I cannot safely climb the stairs and they were so accommodating. The room service was awesome and it was a very modern and well decorated hotel. I loved my stay!

The guest house itself is absolutely adorable and so cozy. The kitchen is fully equipped (we cooked dinners there) and Tino stocks it with a ton of snacks and breakfast goods. The beds were great, there are games, books and the TV is hooked up to all the streaming networks. Next time we come out to ski around SLC we will definitely stay here again. A gem!

The morning breakfast is really good and delicious, and it is a new entree everyday made by the innkeeper. The staff is friendly and helpful and receptive to feedback.
