Breakfast was nice and staff was helpful. Our first eveing the receptionist was very helpful in showing us where to order dinner and explained to us that it could be delivered right to our room, which was very nice. Loved the fact that we could get pop any time of the day.

Everything went well! The breakfast all 3 days was great. The room was super and the whole place was super clean. There was a great dinning place I could walk to and the Folk Fest I went to I could also walk to! I was a great weekend!

Conveniently located. Clean, easy to get to. Ample parking. Great room, good comfortable bed. Nice pillows, great bathroom. Friendly staff and an inviting look. We walked to dinner and you can walk to the river. Location is great. They were accommodating with us parking our motorcycle under cover. Always appreciate that!

Everything was adequate. Fair price for accommodation. The office manager was helpful with directions to our dinner reservations and a spot for after-meal cocktails.

There was an issue checking in. Due to maintenance issues in our room, we couldn't check in. Hotel sent us to Fairfield Inn and paid for the night. We re checked in on day 2 and it all went well. Though the hick up when checked in on day 1, the hotel has done their best to remedy the situation.

Great value, comfortable hotel. Loved the drift bicycles in the parking lot. We used them to go downtown for a nice walk by the rivers and great dinner. Perfect evening in LaCrosse.
