Such wonderful staff, clean and comfortable setup, full kitchenette, all of the usual amenities plus an incredible view of the Historic Bridge and old Ketchikan, and only a short walking distance to all of the best shops, food and entertainment... I can't say enough. If I'm back in this area it's a no brainer, I will be staying again.

Amazing place to stay to get the Ketchikan experience. Everything is walkable from the hotel. We had a little scheduling snafu with our reservation but the property went above and beyond to make our stay amazing.

We were able to view the fireworks too. The location was central to downtown and we could walk everywhere. The New York Cafe was conveniently next door. The staff was very cordial, very accommodating, always pleasant and very helpful with our luggage up and down the stairs on arrival and departure.
