The only thing we had a little trouble with was the bathroom/sink setup. Very small area for brushing teeth, putting makeup on etc. No place to set anything. Perhaps other rooms are larger and we would definitely pick that one. We loved the charm.

How the bathroom was extra large for storage for our suitcases in a closet to hang your clothes and a very large bathroom. The people behind the desk were very helpful one of the gentleman was very knowledgeable about attractions in the area one of the ladies helped us with an excellent dinner suggestion! The General Manager is a lovely lady who greeted us with a friendly smile and a wealth of info about the area. She recommended great restaurants and even made reservations for us. The location in Ephram was perfect, a nice quiet area overlooking Green Bay, convenient to good restaurants and short drives to other adventures. The Inn also provides kayaks, paddle boards and bikes for use at no cost. We highly recommend the Water Street Imn.WandaYoung couple

Being this to be our problem and knowing they were full and could have rented out our room, I just accepted the lose. The following day, we showed up at 7 pm to find that the owner had refunded my missed day and took the loss herself. Nobody does things like that anymore. Coming into our suite after a long day in the cold to turn on the fire place and have a bath is always something I would look forward to. The staff are incredibly friendly and we enjoyed being able to stop in for a quick treat of hot cider in the afternoons. Eagle Harbor is always our favorite place to stay when in Door County.
