We were in a cottage rather than the old building. Absolutely beautiful room and facilities, lovely private balcony with rocking chairs. Outside communal areas with fire pits and sofas. Location perfect and breakfast vouchers for a fantastic diner across the road. Would love to return.

Located just 15 minutes’ drive from the Marine Corps Air Station Beaufort, this pet-friendly hotel features free WiFi access. Guests can start their day with a complimentary breakfast and then take a dip in the pool.

Stayed here for Beaufort water festival after spending 1 night in a different hotel. Check in was very quick and the lovely receptionist gave me a printed map how to find the room as it has multiple staircases and explained all the facilities and breakfast times clearly. Room was very spacious with a large TV and microwave in the room. Plenty of parking. There is a swimming pool nicely enclosed in the front. Lots of restaurants around. Lovely grounds with spanish moss covered trees. For the price I was more than happy and would stay here again without a doubt.

The fold down shower seat for my elderly mom. The person working the front desk was so polite and helpful. Gave us a great recommendation for dinner. The breakfast provided was so nice and fresh.

It’s gorgeous! We had room 10. Large king room with beautiful furniture, large tub, bar, and private enclosed porch overlooking the grounds. We walked to dinner as the shops and restaurants were so close. The town was adorable! Love this place! Would definitely go back. Pennie

The main part of the Inn is a well restored old home, the surrounding cottages add a level of quaintness to the property. The bicycles were a great addition for guests to borrow and right around town. Breakfast at 2 local restaurants was also very nice, coupons to use at both locations.

Breakfast exceed expectations, they had V8 which my husband drinks every day at home and we never seen in hotels breakfast so it was a good surprise. Dinning area clean, good coffee and good options for hot, cereal, yogurt, breads, jelly, overall better than expected.

The location was perfect- within walking distance to Bay Street and all we wanted to see in Beaufort. The Inn was beautiful and our room was very roomy and comfortable. It was so nice to have a delicious breakfast on the porch. The staff was friendly and welcoming. We will definitely stay there again when we return to Beaufort.

Our rating is not due to the room we had which was spacious and clean. The Inn is in a great downtown location.

Clean and specious rooms. Very friendly and helpful innkeepers with lots of unexpected extra's: free entrance ticket to the Hunting Island, beach towels, beacht chairs, free coffee at all times, free cookies. The breakfast in the morning is terrific at the beautiful outside porch.
