Location next to the airport was excellent in addition to the shuttle service. The dinner service and breakfast buffet were both excellent with a variety of food choices. Would recommend when travelling between flights and layovers.

Basic hotel as per the price. Very clean. What made it lovely was the staff who were charming, friendly and very helpful. Gave us great local advice for dinner (across the side road) and breakfast (2nd cafe down) and kept our luggage in the store all day while we went out even though we were moving on later that day.

Hotel Lis Baixa was a lovely hotel centrally located. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The restaurant on premise had a delicious breakfast and dinner. I would choose this hotel again if we ever return to Lisbon.

Good location to Metro and train lines and close to the airport. We chose it for the proximity to the airport, while still being in the city. They put on a very good breakfast with a wide choice of cereals, boiled eggs, cold meats and cheese, breads and buns and trays of hot food including bacon, eggs, sausage, beans etc. We got a very good recommendation for dinner at a nearby seafood restaurant called Baía do Peixe in the former bull fighting stadium from the front desk. The hotel was quiet.

The apartment was very clean. a bottle of wine had been left for us. The towels were changed mid stay. Lockers were available for us to leave a suitcase on the day we left so we didn't need to drag it around with us. The two closest tavernas were both excellent and the local bar had live music and friendly staff.

First of all, the staff is incredible. They go above and beyond to meet any expectation. The dinner was exceptional, the way the food is served feels like a 5 star experience. The rooms are cozy and luxurious. The gym room is very nice and well equipped. Definitely would recomend this hotel to anyone.

The host/attendant was very friendly and accommodating. Even supplied a wine bottle opener with a smile. The nearby Spacio shopping center has an excellent grocery store with takeaway (either for dinner or to carry food on the plane with you in the morning). Guest house is very close to the airport.
