The manager seems to be literally always there and is extremely friendly and helpful, and so is the rest of the team Spoken to some of them "off the record" and they really like to work there and were very positive about their manager Breakfast was superb and included in my room rate As I really love pubfood, I can say the fish and chips + the hunter's chicken I had for dinner were one of the best I ever had

Dinner is perfect. They need to keep the chef. Amazing food and service. Perfect place to catch up with friends. Room was lovely, plenty of tea/ coffee choices, room comfortable temperature. The lounge area was a really comfy place to sit for a drink - and the pub is well used by the locals, so feels like a very welcoming place. Dinner and breakfast were both great.

The rooms were a great deal that couldn't be beat, it's in a really good location, and was very clean. Dinner was really good and the free parking was really nice. It will be a great place to stay once they get the renovations done. I would most likely stay there again in the future if the price is right while traveling through, but I would definitely stay there again once the renovations are complete.KristaFamily with young children
