un sitio fantastico, un pub en un pueblo pequeño... donde se ve que hay muy buen rollo con los vecinos y gente de otros pueblos. La comida era riquísimo y la gente super amable! mi habitación era muy pequeña pero era perfecto para que necesitaba. Y no tengo coche.... tenia que buscar taxi....que ha sido complicado porque era puente... pero al final conocí los dos taxistas del pueblo y todo ha estado fabuloso. Volvere seguro!

La situación del hotel es excelente, en pleno centro de la ciudad de Wells. Aunque el establecimiento también tiene restaurante y pub, las habitaciones están lo suficientemente aisladas y no hay molestias. El personal es muy amable y nos ayudó con la logística de equipajes tanto a la llegada como al dejar el alojamiento. La habitación estaba muy limpia.

Beautiful inn with great breakfast choices. The staff was friendly. The location was great, even though it's a small city. Comfy bed and very clean room.

Lovely old pub, very clean and beautiful rooms decorated to a high standard and an enormous double bed! Staff very friendly. Dinner was absolutely delicious and breakfast excellent. Parking in front and good location between Glastonbury and Wells.

Nice clean rooms, very warm and cozy. It was a pleasant surprise to receive a packed breakfast as a bonus. We were mesmerized with a beautiful countryside, the building is very old, but well-maintained, and has its special charm.

Our room was excellent with a view to the hills and although overlooking a main road was very quiet due to the functional double glazing. The hotel is full of character with a comfortable bar area, friendly, efficient staff and a great English breakfast. On the night we were staying there was unfortunately no food available that evening but the landlord kindly suggested that the pub nearby might do food or we could get some delivered in. Large car park. We would definitely stay at the Highwayman again.

The atmosphere, the friendliness of all the staff and the warmth. The complimentary teas and coffees were excellent quality as were the toiletries. Superiority quality towels and the bath sheets were a decent size. The food was delicious and the portion sizes were not excessive.
