Situated in Settle, 26 km from Skipton Castle, High Trenhouse features accommodation with a garden, free private parking and a bar. Among the facilities at this property are free shuttle service and luggage storage space, along with free WiFi throughout the property. The property is non-smoking and is set 35 km from Bolton Abbey Estate.

At the inn, the rooms are fitted with a desk. Rooms are equipped with a private bathroom with a shower, free toiletries and a hairdryer. At High Trenhouse every room has bed linen and towels.

Peaceful tranquil place to come and let your mind escape. Three generations of the same family own and look after the property, which was very unique inside, having been renovated by a prominent London architect in the 1970s. They made me feel beyond welcome, I felt as if I had met them before. A very special place, not your generic BnB, it has history and stories to tell plus abundant wildlife. It is miles from any busy main roads or towns, and next to Malham Tarn, a large high altitude fresh water lake. Has a resident tawny owl with chicks and cheeky foxes. Plenty of walks, situated within walking distance to Malham cove and Settle.

This is an old coaching inn that has recently been renovated with on going renovations. It is situated on the main street but traffic noise is minimal. The rooms have recently been renovated and are comfortable Food is good but the dining areas are large and busy and somewhat lacking in atmosphere. There is no parking but there is parking on the nearby town square ( a blue time disc is needed) or slightly further away car park

Rooms were lovely - very clean and modern. The food was great - we had both breakfast and dinner and both were delicious. The staff were very friendly and it was very dog friendly. We couldn't eat in the restaurant with the dog but it didn't matter since we could book a table in the bar and that worked perfectly.

I loved the warm inviting ambience as soon as we arrived in the main hallway - roaring fire and candles everywhere. The room was beautiful, warm and comfy with a lovely view, luxury en-suite and toiletries to match. Dinner and breakfast were delicious too.
