When we arrived Martin had already started the log fire so was all warm and cosy. The farm was a great location so tranquil, rustic and beautiful. Our little one loved feeding the sheep and chasing the chickens. We didn’t realise the facilities that were available tea, coffee, milk, snacks, kettle, microwave as didn’t say on the advert. We did go down to the local pub, the castle inn, great food! Wish we had stayed longer!

We stayed for our evening meal too. That was superb. My wife had one of the Specials of the Day on the board, a Thai chicken dish with noodles. I had another special, a superb Sea Bass with mango salsa. We share the George Inns house Chocolate Speciality of the Day, called a Chocolate Loveliness.
