Friendly greeting from both local customers and staff made us feel very welcome, as did the log fire. Everyone was approachable for conversation, and made our overnight visit memorable. Beer was perfectly served, home-cooked food excellent - both dinner and breakfast. The room was of a good size and all was clean and comfortable. Parking available off-road at the side of the pub.
