Lovely, well stocked bar; room and its inclusions (tea, water, wi-fi all free) was excellent and shower was best I've had in any hotel. Did not eat there, so cannot comment.

Our room was very confortable and relaxing, employees were very nice, especially to accommodate a solution for our dog, and the house, garden included, is very beautiful. In addition, very close to Sheffield Park and not far from Newhaven harbor for travellers like us coming from France, it’s very convenient.

It is a very old building with charming character. The rooms are very well equipped and have great decor. The menu caters for all with a variety of choices which are cooked and presented to a high standard. The rooms are comfortable and are supplied with an iron, ironing board, hairdryer and a kettle with tea and coffee. The food and bar prices are very competitive.
