The friendliness of the staff was lovely, especially Becky and Karen, who looked after us so well at breakfast, nothing was too much trouble 😀. The breakfast was very well cooked, and there was plenty of choice. The rooms were a little tired, but the bedding and towels were exceptionally clean, and the beds were very comfy.

We went to the Aqua Sana for the day and then booked to stay here for the evening and it was perfect for what we wanted. Lovely quiet inn and the room was amazing! The location is perfect, situated in the heart of Frome next to beautiful buildings and local businesses. The studio has a beautiful historic, rustic feel with modern appliances. The owners had fantastic communication with us and super easy to locate and access. The finishes of the studio made our stay perfection. Super clean, quiet, cosy and accommodating. The staff were welcoming and friendly. Unfortunately my daughter was ill while we travelled and they could do enough to make sure that she was ok and comfortable.
