I was immediately welcomed by all the staff, very friendly all. I loved that it was a small, warm and cozy country inn. Amazing full English breakfast with other options too. Nice pub downstairs too.

I LOVE this pub/hotel. I have to travel to various cities for work and I am so glad I found this spot! Very safe and welcoming and the beds are SPOTLESS! I’ve travelled to Exeter twice for work and stayed here both times. Slightly outside the centre about 10 mins by car but worth it. Amazing priced rooms, so clean , spotless bed sheets. They provide water bottles, coffee, tea and hot chocolate in the rooms which all have beautiful decor bits such as homely mugs and pillows. 100% would come back again and again!! There’s a guy local in the village that only charges £10 to take you in and out of the centre too. Lovely chap !

We stayed in a suite with a sofa bed in the living area separate bedroom and private bathroom. It was great value for money, we had plenty of space. There was a kitchenette with a fridge, oven, etc. which was very handy. Staff were very friendly and food downstairs at the bar was good value. Location was central.
