The Loch Ness Inn is located in the village of Lewiston, near the Great Glen Way. It offers rooms with free WiFi and free parking. The property is 0.7 miles from Drumnadrochit and 1.5 miles from Urquhart Castle.

The room is very big and bright, and the bed SO comfortable! We delayed the check out just to stay there longer. The room is both modern but traditional, we really appreciated having a mixer for hot and cold water (!!). The room is basically in the inn courtyard, really charming, we enjoyed it a lot. We were travelling with public transport and the bus stop is 2 minutes away, while the next village is at 10 minutes.

Good hotel in an excellent location for visiting Loch Ness. Very clean, staff are all professional and friendly. Food was very good, both at dinner and breakfast. The restaurant has an excellent view of the Loch. Our Loch view room was clean and comfortable.

Having stayed here for our honeymoon, in 1974, we returned for our 50th wedding anniversary and couldn’t have wished for a better stay. Our room, number 5, was beautiful. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful, special thanks to Norah and Leanne on reception and to Patience who always greeted us with a huge smile. And what can we say about the inimitable Donald Skinner, what a character, we enjoyed the banter with you. Thank you all for making our stay so memorable.

This place is a real gem - don’t be fooled by the outside! Our room was palatial with space to spread out walking gear and sit and have a cup of tea with the delicious homemade shortbread. Beds very comfortable and the shower superb. Plenty warm enough. Dinner from the cafe style menu was just what we needed and breakfast excellent. The owner was extremely welcoming. There’s even a Nessie!

Gorgeous views, thoughtfully appointed room with the most comfortable bedding. The grounds are beautiful, and there are comfortable common areas for lounging. Breakfast was outstanding. Our host was very helpful and booked a reservation for dinner for us.

Breakfast and dinner were both really enjoyable. Staff were friendly, welcoming and very accomodating. Location was a little out of the way but didn't hinder our stay.

The owner is brilliant and could not have been more welcoming. The location is in the village centre close to the Fiddlers Inn which we had been recommended to eat at. As we landed on the day of the Queens Funeral it was shut , but they had a alfresco option of a Food Shack and outside bar which was fun. The guest house breakfast is continental style , fresh apple juice from the tree outside was the highpoint.
