Everything about the hotel was good for our needs, the location by the river, the room was clean and well equipped, the car parking was excellent, all the staff that we came across were particularly pleasant and helpful, especially in the restaurant. The CitySightseeing Tourist Bus has a stop near the hotel, which was most useful.

The pub was lively and had consistently delicious food. Our room was nice, clean, and spacious. It was also in the town centre so it’s close to everything a tourist would want to check out or do. The staff were super helpful and approachable.

10 minute walk from Chester station. Comfortable room with cozy bed, lovely decoration, and a spacious foyer over a pub. Despite the pub downstairs, I couldn’t hear any disruptive noise at all especially that they’ve restriction after 11pm. Perfect place for those seeking affordable and no-frill accommodation without compromising comfort.
