We got stuck in the snow and there are not many available attractions without a car - the owner made sure to provide us with food when everything was closed. They were both very sweet and their presence and help made our stay unforgettable!

Very comfortable room and spacious new bathroom we're just right for our small family. Lunch selections were excellent and breakfast very good. The owner was very hospitable and generously offered to drive us into town when we had trouble securing a taxi.

The large rooms were very comfy and the views from the window were wonderful. It is stumbling distance from some lovely taverns and cafés, so there’s plenty of choice for everyone. We loved the castle, the many caverns and breathtaking walks in the surrounding area of Castleton. We look forward to visiting again soon.

The Barn is located behind an amazing restaurant - I ordered dinner from them every evening, it was so good! As for the accommodation itself, it was ideal. Kitchen and living space upstairs so nice and private. The bedroom was spacious and comfy and the bathroom was modern and clean.
