The location is excellent for travelling, a small village with plenty of good restaurants, shops and ATM. Onsite parking is included. Friendly and obliging host with excellent breakfast. The room was spacious and nicely fitted out and the views from the window were simply stunning: vineyards and church in the foreground with Bodensee and the Swiss Alps behind. This made my day!

The entire staff was awesome except for one waitress we did not have to deal with, The elder lady in charge was wonderful and our bartender was sweet. The room was super clean and very comfortable. I totally recommend it! Oh breakfast was wonderful and we enjoyed our dinner also.

Todo fue muy cómodo, desde que llegamos hasta que nos fuimos. El dueño de la casa fue muy amable explicándonos todo lo que necesitábamos. Justo delante de la puerta hay aparcamiento para dejar el coche. El pueblo es súper tranquilo. La habita que cogimos fue súper grande y estaba súper bien renovada y limpia. Desde todas las ventanas se podía ver el Bodensee. No tengo nada más que decir que que sin duda volveremos algún día porque fue realmente una delicia.

Las camas eran bastante cómodas, y la habitación más grande de lo que pensaba. La dueña que nos recibió fue muy muy amable y nos dio un montón de info útil.

The family running the Gästhaus were exceedingly helpful and friendly. The room was clean and soap and a fan were provided. The location is 100ft from Lake Konstanz and surrounded by many shops and fantastic restaurants. The bar/restaurant at the base of the hotel was also an added bonus. I’ll be back!

I wasn't aware that the rooms were over a biergarten and restaurant but it did not impact our stay in the least. The breakfast in the morning was typical European (fresh rolls and croissants, meats and cheeses, fruits, vegetables, yogurt and cereals). On the second day the innkeeper kindly came to our room to check on us when she noted that we had not been down yet. Very quiet room, with room darkening shades. A bit of a ways from city center but really close to (free) bus and ferry. Very little English spoken (after all it is Germany) but staff is patient and most accommodating.

The location of the hotel is very nice. With in 2min Driving , you can find two big supermarket. Also it is not far from many resorts sorounding. (Affenberg and Meersburg)
