The Fairway is an awesome apartment in the leafy suburb of Pinelands in Cape Town. We are situated +- 10 kms from both the City Centre and the Airport and some of the Cape's finest beaches are literally a 20 minute drive away. We have secure off-street parking and the apartment is separate from the main house allowing you privacy. Pinelands boasts one of the best Italian restaurants in South Africa which has even been frequented by Prince Harry. 1km away from The Fairway is Howard Centre which has a Woolworths and Pick 'n Pay Supermarket catering for all of your needs. It also has many coffee shops and restaurants to cater for your requirements.

I have been a resident of Pinelands for over 50 years and am very familiar with the area and its surrounds. An avid triathlete and surfer I embrace the outdoors and the Cape is a perfect setting for many activities. From the Mountains to the Sea, the Cape has to be one of the most incredible destinations for any visitor. I am more than happy to share some of its best kept secrets.

Pinelands is the 1st Garden City established in Cape Town and the leafy suburb is centrally positioned to cater for everyone's needs. The World renown King David Mowbray golf course (800 meters away) is more than happy to accept visitors and many of the Cape's finest beaches and the City Centre are literally 20 minutes drive from The Fairway. Table Mountain and Lions Head are a 15 minute drive away and offer the most incredible walks and sight seeing. I actually do trail running in both these mountains and can advise on some incredible walks and hikes if required. Pinelands is a friendly if not laid back community that has literally everything on its door-step.
