LOADSHEDDING: When Cape Town is experiencing loadshedding your apartment will have limited power via a small dedicated INVERTER system for the apartment that will provide enough electricity for the TV, mediabox, sound bar, standing floor light, floor fan and wifi. Enough for up to 4 hours loadshedding at a time. We also provide a few rechargeable lights. We also provide a 2 plate gas stove for you to be able to make coffee and be able to cook food during loadshedding. PARKING: Safe parking is available for 1 medium size vehicle behind a manual gate, and additional parking is available in front of the gate.
