The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. They helped organise a boat trip and airport transfer without hassle. Location was perfect and the room was lovely and clean. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend the hotel for anyone looking to stay in the area. The staff were outstanding and we are so grateful for all their help during our stay.

We visited during off season (Feb 2024) and as such, the surrounding area was a complete ghost town when we were there - we had booked for 5 nights but ended up leaving after 2 as there really was nothing to do in the day, apart from Sunworld. Cat Ba is much more lively even in off season, and so we came here as more restaurants and day tours are available etc. That being said, Pallette Collects is a very nice hotel - rooms are clean and spacious and it is very close to the beach, lots of shops and bars/restaurants (which I expect would be very busy and fun during the peak season), also close to the harbour for cruises. We just visited at the wrong time, but the hotel itself was very nice.

The location and the areo of the resort is just stunning. We stayed in a truck from the war. It was super cool and a big room. The stuff was super-friendly. The manager arranged the bus to halong bay for us.

What a pleasant surprise! This accommodation is super clean, modern, and the design is absolutely amazing. The staff is lovely. (I would highly recommend Amethyst cruise, if youre planning a daily cruise in Ha Long Bay (Not commercial, just recommendation- I had an amazing experience thanks to them))
