This is was our favourite hotel in our whole time in Vietnam. All the staff there are so friendly and helpful, especially the ladies on the front desk, they really spent time to ask us how our stay was going and if they could do anything else to help. We did several day trips and excursions and they helped us out with several things, they really went above and beyond. The room is beautiful and spacious, great bathroom and huge bed. Breakfast has plenty of nice options. The hotel is really well located about 10 minutes from the main parts of the old town and we made use of the free bikes. The pool area is great and we didn’t have any issues getting sun beds at any time. Wonderful hotel and such value for money, we’d love to come back soon.

The location was great, only 100m from the old town and bridge to the night markets, so close but with no lights or noise. the staff were exceptional, baggage, reception, restuarant and cleaners -- friendly, efficent and helpful. rooms full of character. Breakfast selection was large and overall value for money great Please dont mistake the offering of transport and excursions as a "hard sell". From our experience , (as well as the economic benefit in post covid recovery), it is truly an effort to help guests get the most out of their stay. The little extra things --- forgot power adaptors and asked where i could purchase some -- no problem -borrow 2 of ours --- had to leave a day early -- no problem -- we wont charge you --- forgot to return the adaptors so emailed and offered to pay --- no problem -- keep them as a souvenir 11/10

Lovely spacious and clean rooms in a beautiful hotel located right near the old town. The staff are super helpful and friendly, nothing is too much trouble. We normally do not use spa facilities available at hotels, but we did treat ourselves this trip during the hottest time of the day and it was absolutely amazing. The pool was also a welcome relief at the end of sightseeing in very hot weather. Breakfast is plentiful and delicious. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Hoi An.
