The room was great, the food was delicious and the staff was super friendly. I would like to single out Andrew, he was the best. Very helpful and attentive at our needs, always with a warm smile on his face. I hope you will be a manager soon as you are very capable, young man!

The Erina staff were very welcoming from the moment we arrived. The rooms were spacious (huge bathroom!), beds were comfy, and great to have your own balcony from which to enjoy the amazing view. A variety of food (and plenty of it). One of our group was a vegetarian, and Zhang (Andrew) was so helpful and ensured our friend had a variety of food to choose from. Ms Kim was friendly and would stop to chat and take photos for us. Cocktails on the top deck went down well in the evening. With so many cruise options for Halong Bay it is hard to choose - would recommend Erina if you are after a relaxing way to enjoy the scenery (with options for kayaking and the bamboo boat ride). The boat is a good size - not too big and not too small. For our group 1 night (essentially 24hrs onboard) covered what we were after to see Halong Bay.

We loved our stay at Erina. The room and bathroom were very spacious and comfortable, all very pretty, and what a view from the huge windows in the bathroom and bedroom, and balcony! All the facilities in the boat were great. The heated pool was really nice. All staff were very friendly and helpful. It was my husband's bday and they offered a delicious bday cake which made the occasion more special. Food was very good, and they managed to accommodate my diet requirements which was amazing. We would definitely recommend the Erina cruise!

The cruise ship was well maintained and had an old world charm. The rooms are beautifully appointed and the views from the balconies are unmatched. The beds are massive and so comfortable. The staff are so nice, helpful and attentive, you cannot want for more. Special shout out to Mr Squid! The planned activities were also well organised and thought out with enough to do and see for everyone from kids to older adults. The food on the ship was really good considering its buffet style.
