This property is literally 1 minute walk to the nearest Electronic Store, Church, Grocery Store, Gas Station, Beauty Salon, Bar and Night Club and Basketball Court. It is 2 minutes walk from a Bakery and Laundry. Your can walk to Road Town in just 7 or 10 minutes for Banking, Shopping, Restaurants and the Ferry Dock to other islands like Anegada, Virgin Gorda and St. Thomas to name a few. If you are going to be mainly in the capital you really do not need to rent a car but I recommend that you rent one if you want to explore the rest of the island.

This area is relatively quiet at night after 10:00 pm. It is safe to walk at night i this area because of the live activities of the close-by businesses that would close around 10:00 to 11:00 pm. Folks are usually willing to help so you can ask for directions from anyone working in the nearby businesses or even working by.
