It's a newly renovated 2 bedroom-apartment. There is a master bedroom with private bathroom attached and huge closet space. There is another private bathroom with a bath tub in the apartment. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a closet. There is a full kitchen with a stove and a refrigerator. There are pans and utensils for cooking, a microwave and a Coffee machine. The living room has a sofa bed and a massage chair with a smart TV. There is a small dining table. There is AC and heat. The heat is controlled by us. There is free Wifi. The Instructions on how to connect to the wifi are located in the house rules/ manual which we strongly recommend our guests to read upon arrival. We also have a vacuum, desinfecting products available if needed.

Hello! I’m Anne. My husband, Roland and I love being hostesses in Queens, this beautiful borough of New York city. Our place is located in a fairly quiet neighborhood. The neighbors are nice and help each other out. The property is just about 9 mins away from JFK airport and 20 mins away from laguardia airport. Greens acres mall 3 miles away. It's a fairly quiet neighborhood. Most people in the neighborhood drive. Baisley Park is 1 min walk from the property . There is a pond with ducks. It's a beautiful scenery. The bus lines are Q111,Q113, Q114 and Q6.The Q111 bus stop is a 5-minute walk and the Q113,Q114 are 6-minute walk from the property. However, the Q6 bus stop (5 min walk) is located on Sutphin blvd and it stops at Sutphin/Archer subway station for the E ,J and Z trains. There, the air train and long island railroad train are available. The other buses stop at Jamaica/Archer subway station for the E,J and Z trains, as well as Parsons Blvd subway station for the F train.
